Biden’s plans for digital government set an example the UK and Europe must be willing to follow

Recent UK government initiatives have fallen short of creating an integrated approach to digital government like Estonia or Denmark. Will the US’ belated approach to digitalisation be a spur for the UK?…:

These proposals come in response to another experience, too, however; unlike the pandemic, the SolarWinds cyber attack appears to have been limited to systems employed by the US Federal Government. Yet, such attacks often happen as a result of those exact same legacy systems, the reluctance to innovate and the lack of skills.
